  1. These general terms and conditions apply between Feel Free AB (org no 559198-1070) and you who place an order from us via feel_free_design.se. Detailed contact details and other information about Feel Free AB can be found at feel_free_design.se. The terms and conditions only apply to you as a consumer who places your order and thus buys a product from us via feel_free_design.se.
  2. In addition to the Terms, the Feel Free AB privacy policy also applies. http://www.feel_free-design.se/page/… This policy explains how we process your personal data when you shop with us.
  3. If you are buying as a private individual, you must be over 16 and not under guardianship. If you are under 16 years old, the consent of your legal guardian is required to order from us.
  4. We may change these Terms at any time, but the changes you agreed to at the time of your purchase will always apply to that purchase. All changes will be reflected in the latest version of the Terms published on feelfreedesign.se. Changes will take effect from the moment you have accepted the Terms, i.e. when you make a new purchase.

    Contract and order

  6. After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm the order. A purchase agreement is only concluded when Feelfreedesign.se has confirmed the order in writing and you have received the order confirmation by e-mail.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example if you have provided incorrect information or the order cannot be fulfilled due to final sale.

This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of Feelfreedesign.se.

    Prices and payment

  11. When ordering, the prices stated on Feelfreedesign.se at the time of ordering apply, unless otherwise expressly agreed or if the circumstances do not obviously require otherwise. All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT. Prices do not include any payment and shipping fees, which are listed separately. The total price of the order is displayed before you complete the order and in the order confirmation.
  12. Feelfreedesign.se strives to ensure that Feelfreedesign.se contains accurate information as far as possible. However, we reserve the right that Puredesign.se may contain typographical errors and incorrect prices and we are not bound by prices that you realized or should have realized were incorrect. If an incorrect price has been quoted for a product ordered, we will notify you and await possible approval of the corrected price before the order is considered accepted.
  13. You can pay for your purchase through the payment options and under the separate payment terms set out on Feelfreedesign.se. We reserve the right to not always offer all payment methods or to change the payment method if the one you have chosen for some reason does not work at the time of purchase.

    Promotions, discount codes and other offers

  14. Feelfreedesign.se may from time to time conduct promotions, discount codes and other offers for various products (“Offers”). For products covered by such Offers, the preferential price or conditions apply for the limited period indicated in connection with the relevant Offer or while stocks last. Otherwise, these Conditions apply.
  15. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise. In the event of termination or withdrawal of the Offer, these Conditions shall apply in full to the products previously covered by the Offer.

    Abandoned shopping cart

  16. If you have added items to your cart without placing an order, we will send you a reminder list by email of the products you have added to your cart, provided that you:
    • are a customer and have not objected to marketing from us, or
    • you have otherwise consented to receive marketing from us.
  17. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email you receive.
  18. You can recreate the shopping cart at any time with all the products you have added to the cart. If you do not want to recreate the shopping cart, you do not need to take any action. The price and availability of the products are based on the prices and availability that applied when you placed the products in the shopping cart. We therefore reserve the right to change prices in connection with various Offers and for final sales

    Delivery

  19. The cost of shipping will be added to the order unless otherwise expressly stated in connection with your order. Please note that there may be restrictions in the different options.
  20. Delivery time may vary depending on the option you choose. The expected delivery time is shown on Feelfreedesign.se and will be displayed to you during the order process.
  21. Delivery times are approximate and deviations from these may occur. If your order is delayed, you will be notified accordingly.
  22. Before delivery, you will receive a notification showing where and when your order will be picked up or received. You are responsible for ensuring that you receive or redeem your order within the time specified in the notification. Packages are primarily collected in person with valid identification and order number.
  23. ALWAYS check the condition of the goods on delivery and note any damage on the waybill before signing the waybill. Claims arising from transportation may be refused if this is not notified at the time of delivery.

    Right of withdrawal for private individuals

  24. When purchasing products from Feelfreedesign.se, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, except as stated below. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the ordered product (the “Withdrawal Period”).
  25. When you make your purchase via Feelfreedesign.se, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you are satisfied with it. If and to the extent that the product is handled to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function, Feelfreedesign.se is entitled to make a deduction for depreciation in the amount to be refunded to you by the Company. The amount of the deduction corresponds to the depreciation of the product compared to its original value.
  26. Please note that some products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of products:
    1. goods that have been made according to your instructions or that have otherwise been given a distinct personal touch
    2. goods with broken seals that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
    3. a good that can quickly deteriorate or become too old;

  1. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear message to Feelfreedesign.se before the withdrawal period has expired. For smooth handling, the message should include your name, address, order number, order date, email address and which products you regret if the order contains several products.   2. When returning products subject to the right of withdrawal, you must pay the cost of return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the returned product from the time you receive the product until we receive it. Return shipping is booked by Feelfreedesign.se in consultation with you,

  4. If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments we have received from you except for shipping costs and return shipping. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were notified of your decision to cancel your purchase. Refunds will be made via the payment method you chose when placing the order unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything. We will have to wait for the refund until we receive the goods back from you.

    Guarantee

  6. For the products covered by warranty, the warranty period and other conditions for you to be able to claim the warranty are stated in connection with the respective product description on Puredesign.se.
  7. In order to claim under the warranty, the relevant proof of purchase, receipt and delivery note must accompany the claim. Please note that specific warranty conditions may apply to products of different suppliers and manufacturers. Therefore, pay attention to this when reading the product description that applies to your particular product.
  8. Complaints for private individuals
  9. When ordering via Feelfreedesign.se, you always have the right to[complain about your product (link to /page/complaints-and-returns)] within three years from the day you received the product. If you wish to claim a fault in the product, you should contact Feelfreedesign.se as soon as possible after the fault is discovered. For a complaint to be valid, it must always be made within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the fault. A complaint made within two months of the discovery of the defect is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.
  10. We recommend that you examine the products when you receive them and report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or delivery point and note the damage on the shipping documents. (Complaints due to transport damage can be denied if this is not done)

You can complain about a faulty product by returning it to us after consultation with Feelfreedesign.se regarding return shipping You are responsible for the condition of the returned product from the time you receive the product until Jalric AB receives it. We therefore recommend that the product is sent in its original packaging and well wrapped. Feelfreedesign.se does not redeem any products returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery.
  12. Once Feelfreedesign.se has received the claimed product and determined that the claim is valid, we will compensate you according to applicable law. This means that the fault will be rectified or we will replace the faulty product with a new one. If this is not possible or if Feelfreedesign.se otherwise deems it more cost-effective, Feelfreedesign.se may instead make a refund of the amount you paid for your order including the return cost. Please note that Feelfreedesign.se has the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective under applicable law and that Feelfreedesign.se in such a case does not refund any expenses for return shipping.

    Applicable law and disputes
